We are looking for a full-time Webdesigner (m/w/d) to support our company in the area of websites, landing pages, and digital appearances.

Tasks

Web Design & Implementation:

Concept, design, and implementation of modern websites and landing pages.

Creation of sales-strong funnels for lead generation and recruiting.

UX & Conversion:

Optimization of user guidance, structure, and design with a focus on conversion.

Analysis and improvement of existing websites regarding performance.

Design & Designing:

Creation of layouts, wireframes, and visual concepts.

Implementation of modern, clear, and mobile-optimized designs.

Project Work & Collaboration:

Tight collaboration with our marketing, video, and performance team.

Implementation of customer projects from idea to finished website.

Content & Integration:

Integration of texts, images, and videos into websites.

Support in implementing funnels and campaigns.

Qualification

Experience in web design or comparable qualification.

Safe handling of tools like Framer, WordPress, Webflow, or similar systems.

Good sense for design, structure, and user guidance.

Understanding of conversion, funnels, and performance marketing.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous (not a must).

Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented work style.

Team player with a hands-on mentality.
