GiB – Gesundheit in Bewegung GmbH develops digital and hybrid prevention offers for companies and health insurance companies. Our products range from individually designed landing pages to long-term digital prevention formats. Design is not a 'Nice-to-have', but an integral part of functioning products.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Development of clickable prototypes and clear user guidance
• Design and further development of our digital prevention products
• Building and maintenance of consistent interface and design structures
• Tight collaboration with developers on implementation
• Design of presentations, PDFs, handouts, and internal materials
• Visual implementation of workshops, seminars, and digital long-term projects
• Creation of marketing and sales materials
• Co-design of our social media content
• Basic work in the area of video and motion graphics

Qualifikation

What you bring

• Very secure handling of Figma
• Fundamental knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud

(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; XD & Premiere Pro are advantageous)

• A deep understanding of UI, user guidance, and visual hierarchies
• The ability to make and justify design decisions independently
• A good technical understanding and joy in collaboration with developers
• Structured, self-employed work style
• A convincing portfolio

(more important than degrees, titles, or years of work experience)

This position is not a training or classic junior job.
We are looking for people who understand design as responsibility and want to actively shape digital products.
