Main activities and responsibilities:
Providing support to users on site
Attention and documentation in ticket tools
Scheduled maintenance of equipment
Inventory management
Incident and request attention
Teamwork
Requirements
Requirements:
Having worked with large numbers of users previously
1 year or more of experience providing support to users in person
Degree completed or title
Good communication
Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday
