Search is changing. Users are no longer discovering brands, products, and local offers solely through classic Google search results, but increasingly also through AI Search and generative answer systems.

As a Web Growth Manager – SEO & GEO, you will drive the sustainable organic growth of our web platforms kaufDA, MeinProspekt, and bonial.fr.

Your focus will be on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). At the same time, you will think beyond rankings and traffic: you will identify growth potential along the entire user journey and continuously develop our platforms together with Product, Development, Editorial Content, and BI.

With us, SEO means more than just keywords, titles, or content optimization. You will work on large platforms with millions of URLs, develop scalable solutions, and actively shape the future of Search and Web Growth.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will drive the organic growth of kaufDA, MeinProspekt, and bonial.fr.

• You will further develop our SEO and GEO strategy and derive concrete measures and projects from it.

• You will optimize our visibility in both classic Google Search and in AI Search and generative answer systems such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity.

• You will identify growth potential around content, landing pages, internal linking, technical SEO, UX, and conversion.

• You will be responsible for web growth projects from analysis and prioritization through to implementation and success measurement.

• You will work closely with Product & Development and incorporate SEO, GEO, and growth requirements into product development and the technical roadmap.

• You will analyze search, user, and performance data, develop hypotheses, and derive concrete optimizations and tests from them.

• You will develop scalable solutions for our page types and templates, keeping technical quality, content, and user experience in mind.

• You will monitor changes in the search ecosystem, AI Search, and user behavior and test new approaches early on.

Your Profile:

• You have practical experience in SEO and have independently managed optimization projects.

• You have a good understanding of on-page SEO, content SEO, search intent, and internal linking.

• You are interested in GEO, AI Search, and LLMs and want to actively shape this area. Practical GEO experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite.

• You think beyond rankings and are also interested in UX, CRO, Product, and Web Growth.

• You enjoy working data-driven and use data to identify potential, prioritize measures, and measure their impact.

• You have experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sistrix, or comparable SEO platforms.

• You enjoy working cross-functionally and can translate SEO and growth requirements into concrete solutions together with Product, Development, and Content.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies is an advantage.

• You communicate fluently in German (min. C2) and English.
