Web frontend Team Lead (M/W/D)

Job Description As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small, dedicated team of web developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our core applications. You'll be a hands-on leader, spending a significant portion of your time coding while also mentoring your team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and driving project success. We are looking for an someone who can: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 software engineers. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all matters related to our web applications. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall company goals. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for your team's projects. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among your team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development. Provide guidance and support to junior team members. Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code is maintainable, scalable, and follows our coding guidelines. Ensure that all projects are properly documented and maintained for future reference.
