About the Role We are looking for an experienced Web Development Team Lead to drive the engineering of a large-scale, business-critical web platform built on Laravel (PHP), ReactJS, and AWS cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for mentoring and guiding a team of developers. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop technical solutions. • Lead the development of a large-scale web platform using Laravel (PHP), ReactJS, and AWS cloud infrastructure. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient software architecture. • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing code reviews and technical guidance as needed. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for the team and stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in web development, preferably with a focus on Laravel (PHP) and ReactJS. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. • Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, and Lambda. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
