Overview:
The role of a Web Developer is essential to our organization's digital presence. As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial part in creating and maintaining our websites to ensure an optimal user experience and seamless functionality. Your expertise in coding, designing, and problem-solving will contribute to the success of our online platforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with designers to implement visual elements into web applications
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement responsive design for mobile compatibility
- Debug issues and improve usability
- Conduct website testing and ongoing maintenance
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with back-end developers for seamless integration
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Contribute to technical documentation and training materials
- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing websites
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring that websites adhere to them
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Familiarity with back-end development and API integration
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
