Aufgaben:

As Web Developer *, you will take on a key role in our team and work on the further development and optimization of our backend / frontend services and website. Your main responsibilities include:

• Further Development: Our existing backend based on Python (FastAPI), deployed on Azure in Kubernetes
• Further Development: Our existing Flutter-based frontends (Web & Mobile)
• Expansion: Our website and adjacent web services
• Konzeption and Implementation of KI-supported Functions: in the backend and frontend

Qualification

We are looking for a qualified developer * with the following skills and qualifications:

Must-have:

• Backend Development: Experience in Python – ideally with FastAPI – as well as a deep understanding of RESTful APIs and modern backend architectures.
• Cloud & Container: Familiarity with cloud technologies – preferably Microsoft Azure – and working routine with Docker and Kubernetes to create scalable solutions.
• Web & CMS: Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as experience in dealing with CMS systems and website maintenance.
• Self-Responsibility: You work independently and are able to accompany projects from conception to implementation, e.g. through your knowledge gained from a completed education/study.
• Open-Mindedness: In the startup environment, curiosity and willingness to get involved in new areas/ environments/languages etc. is essential
• Communication: Good German (at least C1) and very good English skills.
• Team Spirit: Willingness to interdisciplinarily collaborate

Nice-to-Have:

The following additional skills and knowledge would be a bonus, but are not necessarily required:

• KI-Integration: Integration of KI technologies (e.g. agent-based systems) in the Python context.
• App Development: Good knowledge of Flutter applications and a good feeling for the connection between frontend and backend, which belongs to your daily routine.
