We are growing and looking for the central person for our Web- and Funnel-Projekte: You build on a modern Next.js stack, lift our projects to the next level, and take real responsibility. Aufgaben

You will be the central person for our Web- and Funnel-Projekte. Currently, we are developing most customer sites ourselves, and exactly here you should relieve us and lift the area to the next level. You build performance-oriented Websites and Landingpages and bring them neatly live.

Your tasks:

• Conversion-oriented Websites and Landingpages with Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Tailwind v4 develop
• Sanity as Headless-CMS set up and structure so that customers can manage their content themselves
• Deployments over Vercel including Domains, DNS, and Environment-Setup
• Tracking neatly integrate (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Events, Conversions)
• Conversion-Funnels and multi-stage Landingpage-Variants implement
• Forms and Automation bind, for example, over n8n-Webhooks
• Visual and technical QA, Core Web Vitals, and Performance optimize
• Maintain existing customer sites, expand, and further develop them
• Potentially adapt Shopify-Themes (Liquid) and implement Shop-Projekte
• Work closely with us as founders together and be present at customer meetings on site

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, Web- or Software Engineering, or equivalent (alternatively a comprehensive relevant training)
• Ideal experience of around 1 to 3 years in web development, preferably from an agency or product team
• A portfolio with live projects and actual URLs (compulsory). That's more important to us than certificates.
• Familiarity with React and Next.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and Git; you understand how frontend, backend, and CMS interact
• Experience with a Headless-CMS (Sanity ideal) and deployment and hosting (Vercel ideal)
• An eye for design and detail: you don't just build functionally, but neatly and appealingly
• Data-driven thinking: you want to not only build, but understand what converts
• You have a desire to build something up and move forward, think entrepreneurially with, take responsibility, and go the extra mile when necessary. We recognize this and honor it.
• German on mother tongue level and good English (documentation, tools, technical terms)
• Important: You work well with modern, AI-supported tools like Claude Code, but you understand exactly what you deliver. We are looking for someone who doesn't just generate code blindly, but someone with a solid technical foundation.

• Shopify and Liquid
• SEO basics, technically and content-wise
• n8n or other automation
• Experience with tracking, GTM, and conversion optimization
