Finesse Agency team is looking for a creative, innovative, and organized person with a portfolio in developing websites in WordPress/Shopify/Webflow, willing to collaborate contractually b2b (we can offer support for setting up pfa/srl). We expect someone who understands the entire process of creating a website: from configuring the server and installing CMS, to design, UX, and SEO optimization.

We Offer:
- Demonstrable experience in web development, with at least 15 completed projects (from technical setup to final design);
- Advanced knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow, and at least medium-level skills in the second CMS mentioned;
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and the latest trends in web design;
- Tech skills in HTML, CSS, JS (major advantage for personalizing themes, plugins, or front-end code);
- Ability to configure and manage hosting/domains/SSL/email/DNS;
- Experience in editing visual and written content, including product pages, blogs, and SEO-optimized landing pages;
- Use of Photoshop, Canva Pro, Figma, or other design tools;
- Total autonomy in projects and efficient communication with the team and clients.
Duties:
- Complete project management, from configuring the hosting environment and installing CMS, to launching online;
- Creating and personalizing themes, page structures, and visual elements;
- Developing and optimizing content text and media according to requirements;
- Implementing high-performance and innovative solutions for various types of clients (e-commerce, services, branding, etc.);
- Maintaining and updating post-launch;
- Closely collaborating with the marketing team for correct integration of digital strategies.
