Web Designer

If you already see beyond the layout and understand how to structure pages that really convert, this job is for you. We are looking for a professional to create and optimize landing pages and campaign websites that understand the role of web design within media campaigns, with a strategic look at usability, structure, and performance, developing pages that generate interest and lead to conversion. What we expect: ✔️ Organization and good time management ✔️ Planning of page structure and content ✔️ Understanding of user experience and behavior ✔️ Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively ✔️ Knowledge of design principles and best practices for web design ✔️ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ✔️ Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) ✔️ Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach ✔️ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously ✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
