We are looking for you as
Web & Content Operations Manager (m/w/d).

You ensure that contents, websites and digital processes are implemented in a clean, efficient and reliable manner.

Aufgaben

• Operative care and maintenance of our Websites and Landingpages
• Publishing, updating and structuring of Content (Seminars, Services, Expert Content)
• Technical and organizational implementation of content guidelines from Marketing & Department
• Safeguarding a clean Content Structure (Navigation, Page Logic, Linking)
• Support in technical SEO Basics (Structure, Load Times, Page Quality – no strategy)
• Coordination of online updates around Seminars, Dates and Content
• Interface between Content/SEO, Online Seminar Management and IT/Dienstleistern
• Quality control of online appearances (Up-to-dateness, Consistency, User-Friendliness)
• Use of modern digital tools and KI-gestützter Anwendungen for efficient content implementation

Qualifikation

• Experience in the field of Web-Content, Online-Redaktion or digitale Operations
• Safe handling with CMS-Systemen (e.g. WordPress or comparable)
• Understanding for digital contents, website structures and user guidance
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good English language skills
• Structured, meticulous and reliable working style
• Organizational strength and high implementation orientation
• Pleasure in collaboration with Marketing, Departments and operational teams
