Web Analytics / Web Tracking Specialist (all genders)

Aufgaben

• You manage the operational Web-Analytics- and Web-Tracking-implementation for existing customer inquiries and support new tracking setups.
• You implement and maintain GA4-setups including events, conversions, and common tracking concepts.
• You work hands-on with Google Tag Manager (GTM): tags, triggers, variables – structured and documented.
• You ensure the correct integration and operation of Consent-Management/CMP (including checking the tracking deactivation after consent).
• You debug tracking calls (browser/console/network), find causes for data deviations, and deliver practical fixes.
• You create and maintain Looker-Studio-Dashboards (KPIs, channel views, filter logic) for quick, understandable insights.
• You bring requirements from various marketing channels (e.g. SEO, SEA, E-Mail) into tracking and reporting in a meaningful way.

Qualifikation

• You have several years of experience in the marketing field and understand the mechanisms of the digital market.
• You have deep practical experience with GA4 and GTM.
• You have a good technical understanding of tracking setups, especially around Consent-Management/CMP and checking tracking implementations.
• You have a solid understanding of JavaScript or JavaScript frameworks.
• You can demonstrate working experience in at least two marketing channels (e.g. SEO, SEA, E-Mail) and understand what is relevant for tracking and reporting there.
• You bring first-hand experience with server-side tracking and/or Power BI.
• You speak fluent German in writing and speaking (C2 level), good English is an asset.
• A self-reliant, reliable, and goal-oriented work style is second nature to you.
• You work hybrid and can ideally spend 2 times a month on-site at the Berlin office.
