Your job responsibilities

* Participation in legal questions in the context of wealth planning Austria (succession planning, wealth restructuring, etc.)
* Taking over organizational and administrative tasks to relieve the team (research, presentations, correspondence, publications)
* Development of wealth strategies and examination of possible structures to implement individual goals of our customers
* Information of our customers on long-term strategic wealth planning (inheritance planning and wealth restructuring/stiftung, tax basis information, relocation planning)
* Contact person for wealth planning questions and accompaniment of customer advisors to customer meetings
* Support and sparring partner for our Head of Wealth Planning Manager
* Joint presentation of corresponding concepts with the responsible customer advisors in customer meetings
* Independent and proactive handling of daily business including pre- and post-processing of customer meetings with the relationship managers
* Proactive and efficient support in acquiring and expanding long-term customer relationships in the high-end private banking segment
* Interface function to internal expert teams
* Participation and collaboration in various strategic bank projects

Your profile

* University education in the fields of law, financial administration, banking, or business administration; preferably a degree in law
* Experience in the fields of inheritance law, foundations (comprehensive wealth planning in the context of complex, international wealth and family relationships of HNWIs/UHNWIs)
* Ideally, successfully completed further education in financial or wealth succession planning (e.g. Certified Financial Planner)
* Knowledge in the fields of financial products, taxes/law
* Experience in dealing with demanding customers, strong customer orientation, and entrepreneurial understanding
* Empathetic personality with good communication skills and a habit of working discreetly
* Solution-oriented and a precise, structured, goal-oriented, and customer-oriented working style
* You are a flexible and stress-resistant team player (m/w/d) with a can-do mentality, who never loses sight of the service orientation
* Very good negotiating skills in German and English in writing and speaking
