As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a high-performing team of marketers to achieve business objectives; • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion; • Manage budgets and track ROI to ensure optimal resource allocation; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, customer service) to drive business results; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in wealth management and financial services. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles; • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing); • Certification in Google Analytics or similar analytics tool is an advantage.
