We are partnering with a respected wealth management firm in Auckland that is seeking a Senior Wealth Adviser to join their team. This role is a genuine next step for someone who has spent a few years in the industry and is looking for greater client interaction, exposure to senior advisory work, and the opportunity to shape a long-term career. This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming out of a banking environment who is confident working with high net worth clients, able to explain the value of financial products and services, and has a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. * Provide comprehensive financial advice, including investment planning, retirement planning, and estate planning. * Develop and implement financial strategies tailored to client needs and goals. * Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations. * Collaborate with other team members to provide holistic financial solutions. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or similar role. * Relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g., Certified Financial Planner). * Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and financial planning principles. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
