We are looking for an organized, communicative and positive person to coordinate the daily activity of our team in Play Arena Park Târgu Mureș!
You will do:
- Coordinate the team and ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities
- Organize tours and support new colleagues
- Maintain a positive and interactive atmosphere for clients
- Supervise safety in the playground space and internal rules
- Communicate efficiently with management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a similar position;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Capacity to work under pressure and make quick decisions;
- Flexibility in working hours, including availability to work shifts;
- Oriented towards results and attention to details.
Work schedule: 2 SHIFTS WITH 2 DAYS
Monday-Friday: 15:00 – 21:00
Saturday/Sunday: 09:00 – 21:00
