Job description
We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team at Don Pedro SRL, a paper products manufacturer based in Romania.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, monitoring product quality and production processes, analyzing non-conformities and proposing corrective measures, and coordinating the quality team and training employees.
We are looking for candidates with a technical degree, at least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the industry. Knowledge of ISO and other quality standards is required. Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively is also necessary.
