Job description
We are looking for experienced Waterproofers to join our business, Extrastaff Limited. The Waterproofer is responsible for: Knowledge of Waterproofing membrane detailing/installation. Knowledge of Steel reinforcing spacing and installation/layout. Ability / Experience with work site inspections regarding project progress, equipment condition, and safety or to ensure that specifications and standards are met. Provide assistance to workers engaged in construction or tanking/waterproofing activities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes and standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues. Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues. Participate in the development of project plans, schedules and budgets. Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and proposals. Provide technical advice and support to other team members. Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
