We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Inwards Operator to join a busy warehouse team in Otahuhu. This role is responsible for receiving and processing all inbound freight, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Inwards Operator to join a busy warehouse team in Otahuhu. This role is responsible for receiving and processing all inbound freight, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload and check inbound freight for accuracy and damage
- Process goods in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) within agreed timeframes
- Match and verify shipping documents, packing slips, and Dangerous Goods declarations
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with HS&E procedures
- 5+ stable experience in a warehouse or freight environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling (an advantage)

- Competitive pay of $70,000 per year
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (42.5 hours/week)
