Warehouse Trainer (m/f/d)
Job description
At Knuspr, speed and quality count. But both only work with people who know exactly what they are doing from day one.
This is exactly where our trainers come in.
We are looking for a Warehouse Trainer (m/f/d) who helps new colleagues to onboard quickly, learn the processes correctly, and develop into confident, high-performing team members. This role is a mix of onboarding, coaching, and culture building – and a central part of how well our warehouse teams work together.
If you enjoy working with people, explain by example, and want to make others better every day, this could be a good fit for you.
Why this role is exciting
You have a direct impact on how quickly new employees work productively and safely
You shape the team culture in the warehouse – not from a desk
You work closely with managers and are an important partner for performance, onboarding, and development
You support both new and existing employees – no day is the same
You are the person others rely on: for orientation, clarity, and support
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for helping warehouse employees learn, improve, and work successfully.
You will:
Coordinate the onboarding of new warehouse employees
Train employees in various warehouse areas and processes
Co-develop and improve training materials and methods
Provide regular feedback, motivate, and promote performance
Identify support needs and create practical development plans
Check if warehouse rules and processes are being followed
Work closely with managers on training and development measures
Introduce new warehouse processes and support teams in understanding them
Evaluate training success and derive improvements
Act as a central point of contact for questions and support on the floor
Act as a role model for the Knuspr culture, teamwork, and customer orientation
What we are looking for
At least 1 year of training experience; experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus
An open, hands-on mentality and comfort in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a natural joy in working with people
Calmness under pressure and the ability to make quick and fair decisions
Structured, diligent way of working with a focus on developing others
Confident use of apps, tools, and new technologies
Independent, proactive work style
Strong customer orientation, even in an operational role
Language skills: You need very good English or German skills. Other languages are a plus.
What we offer
Your work has a direct impact on the company's success
Good ideas are implemented immediately – without long corporate processes
No rigid corporate structures
The opportunity to truly make a difference rather than just following trends
Fair compensation as well as training and development opportunities
Part of a dedicated team and participation in special company events
