Warehouse Trainer (m/f/d)
Job description
At Knuspr, speed counts. Quality counts. But none of that works without people who know exactly what they're doing from day one.
This is exactly where our trainers come in.
We are looking for a Warehouse Trainer (m/f/d) who helps new colleagues to get up to speed quickly, learn the processes correctly, and develop into confident, high-performing team members. This role combines onboarding, coaching, and cultural work – and is a central component of how well our teams function in the warehouse.
If you enjoy working with people, explain by example, and want to make others better every day, this could be a good fit for you.
Why this role is exciting
You have a direct impact on how quickly new employees work productively and safely
You shape the team culture on the warehouse floor – not from a desk
You work closely with managers and are an important partner for performance, onboarding, and development
You support both new and existing employees – no two days are the same
You are the person others rely on: for orientation, clarity, and support
Your Tasks
You will support employees in the warehouse in developing and being successful.
You will:
Coordinate the onboarding of new warehouse employees
Train employees in various warehouse areas and processes
Co-develop and improve training materials and methods
Regularly provide feedback, motivate, and promote performance
Identify support needs and create practical development plans
Verify compliance with warehouse processes and rules
Work closely with managers on training and development measures
Accompany new processes in the warehouse and support teams in understanding them
Evaluate training successes and derive improvements
Act as a central point of contact for questions and support on the floor
Act as a role model for Knuspr culture, teamwork, and customer orientation
What we are looking for
At least 1 year of experience in training (warehouse or operations experience is a plus)
Hands-on mentality and openness to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
Calmness and fairness even under pressure
Structured way of working and focus on the development of others
Confident use of apps, tools, and new technologies
Independent, proactive way of working
Strong customer orientation, also in daily operations
Language skills: You need very good English or German skills. Other languages are a plus.
What we offer
Your work has a direct impact on the company's success
Good ideas are implemented quickly – without long corporate processes
No rigid corporate structures
The opportunity to truly change things and not just follow trends
Fair compensation as well as development opportunities and further training
Part of a dedicated team and participation in special company events
