Warehouse Team Leader

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client - a global manufacturer and supplier of suspension systems and components for the transportation industry. In this role, you'll lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accuracy of inventory, and performance of your team. What you'll be doing: Supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accuracy of inventory, and performance of your team. Key responsibilities include: • Managing a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective use of resources; • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products; • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and orders; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. What we're looking for: • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment; • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct a team; • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
