Warehouse Team Lead  

Position Purpose:  

In this role, you will coordinate and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring their efficient functioning and compliance with safety, quality, security, and sustainability requirements. You will support your direct manager in implementing strategy, local projects, and global initiatives, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement.  

Responsibilities:  

• Coordinates and monitors the daily operational activities of the Fiscal Warehouse and the Bucharest Regional Warehouse, providing support and guidance to the operational team.
• Monitors KPIs and analyzes operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. 
• Ensures inventory accuracy and transaction compliance in the management systems. 
• Collaborates with external partners and internal departments to resolve operational challenges and maintain a high level of service. 
• Proposes and implements initiatives to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency. 

Requirements:  

• Secondary education, university studies are an advantage. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations, including experience in coordinating warehouse activities and teams, resource planning, and collaboration with suppliers or logistics partners. 
• MS Office knowledge; experience with SAP and WMS is an advantage. 
• English language knowledge is an advantage.
