Job description
Description The opportunity We are seeking an experienced and committed Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy team at our Auckland Winery based in Glendene, West Auckland. We have an exciting full time opportunity available on day shift - Thursday to Saturday, 6am to 6pm. What you’ll be doing Leading the shift team to create a positive and collaborative workplace Supervising warehouse operations to ensure high quality outcomes Assisting with team training, development and performance reviews Conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures Providing support and guidance to team members as needed Coordinating with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. What we’re looking for A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to lift 25kg and stand for long periods of time.
