Warehouse Supervisor

Plan, organize and supervise the overall activities within warehouse;

Leads and monitors the overall operations of Finished Goods warehouse such as material handling, receiving, storing, under optimum conditions and plans;

Oversees and controls end to end picking and shipment process in order to meet clients delivery schedule on time in full;

Sets up proper physical organization (layout) of the warehouse (racks, locations, ...) to facilitate Inventory management while respecting the rules of health and safety;

Maintains good and proper storage conditions to respect products quality and to meet health and safety requirements;

Checks regularly storage capacity and locations and takes appropriate actions in order to meet efficient capacity use and prevent operators’ errors;

Oversees finished goods preparation activities (according to pick lists) including physical preparation, items Scanning;

Communicates effectively and coordinates with other departments and customers;

Manage the personnel (organization, evaluation, tests, appraisals) from the department: Logistics Shift Leaders and Logistics Operators
