We are looking for a committed, structured, and solutions-oriented person to strengthen our logistics team as a Warehouse Supervisor. Reporting directly to our Head of Logistics, this key position will allow you to actively contribute to the organization and smooth operation of our business.
Your responsibilities:
Personnel management: team supervision, scheduling, absence tracking, performance reviews, recruitment, and integration of new employees.
Administrative follow-up and management tools: time tracking and badge system control, schedule management, time corrections, processing of emails, calls, and daily issues.
Logistics and operations: inventory organization, operational equipment management, coordination of building works, work clothing management.
Quality, hygiene, and compliance: quality control (FiFo, cleanliness), adherence to HACCP standards, non-conformity processing, participation in complaints and returns, liaison with the quality department.
Support for cross-functional processes: customs control follow-up, invoice management via ENAIO, warehouse management system implementation supervision, personnel purchasing list management.

Your profile:
Proven experience in logistics, ideally with management experience
Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented personality
Proficiency in IT tools and time management systems
Good communication skills and motivation to collaborate in a team
Knowledge of quality management, HACCP processes, and ERP systems, an asset
Very good knowledge of German
