This role suits someone who is comfortable working independently, takes pride in keeping things organised, and prefers a varied role rather than a high volume distribution centre environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar warehouse environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail, ability to work efficiently and effectively, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include: • Receiving and storing stock in a timely and accurate manner • Conducting regular inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations • Assisting with the preparation of orders for dispatch, including packing and labeling items • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and procedures within the warehouse.
