WAREHOUSE STAFF MEMBER

STAFF SPA, a staffing agency, selects WAREHOUSE STAFF MEMBER. The resource will be inserted within the warehouse and will be responsible for:

• Preparation and management of import documentation and related archiving
• Creation of DDTs and accompanying bills
• Updating inventory and managing orders
• Scheduling deposits and couriers
• Organizing shipments in accordance with administrative, fiscal, and customs regulations
• Emission and control of transportation documents, shipment, and cargo lists
• Managing contacts with transporters and clients, both Italian and foreign

Requirements:

• Prior experience, even brief, in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Good proficiency in PC and Office package, particularly Excel
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Problem-solving and ability to work by priority
• Aptitude for teamwork, effective communication, and negotiation
