Warehouse Responsible for Spare Parts and Maintenance

Quojobis QuoJobis SpA – Agency for Work – is seeking a Warehouse Responsible for Spare Parts and Maintenance for a client company operating in the waste treatment sector. The resource will be responsible for managing the spare parts warehouse of a dedicated workshop for electromechanical maintenance activities on entire lines of selection, washing, and transformation of plastic, ensuring the availability and correct management of components necessary for interventions on machines and equipment. In particular, the resource will be responsible for: 1. Managing the spare parts warehouse for electromechanical maintenance (monitoring mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, etc. stock; keeping the inventory system up to date; classifying, labeling, and storing spare parts correctly) 2. Managing logistics and procurement (ordering missing parts in a timely manner, interfacing with suppliers; managing returns and complaints for non-conforming materials; optimizing inventory levels) 3. Supporting maintenance (collaborating with the maintenance workshop, sharing technical needs related to ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions) 4. Analyzing consumption, costs, and procurement times, noting the use of spare parts for tracking and historical analysis.
