Job description
We are seeking a full-time Warehouse & Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, and experienced in leading teams within a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse and production functions to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Manage staff, allocate resources, and monitor productivity
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely order dispatch
- Uphold health & safety standards across all areas
- Support procurement and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with handling of hazardous goods and company policies
- 5+ years' experience in warehousing/production
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience
- Forklift and gantry crane licences required
- CNC machine experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Must have own transport
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must disclose any criminal convictions
