Our warehouse is a fast-paced environment, and we are currently looking for a Warehouse Order Packer to join our team. Position Overview: As a Warehouse Order Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently packing orders for distribution. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner, meeting the company’s standards for quality and accuracy. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities: * Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and/or order instructions. * Ensure that all packed items are in good condition and meet quality standards. * Utilize packing materials efficiently to prevent damage during transit. * Operate warehouse equipment, such as scanners and packing machines. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, removing debris, and disposing of packing materials. * Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines. * Assist with inventory control by accurately counting and recording stock levels. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. * Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment. * Ability to read and understand packing slips and order instructions. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. * Ability to lift and move packages up to a specified weight (e.g., 25kg). * Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
