Warehouse Operative

About the Role We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in East London. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse, including handling stock, processing orders, and maintaining a safe and organised environment. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload deliveries, ensuring stock is stored correctly Carry out regular stock checks and report discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse floor Ensure all stock is correctly labelled and stored in designated areas Assist with inventory management and reporting as required Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and reporting any incidents or near misses to management. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be required to lift, bend, and move stock around the warehouse. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
