For our Reggio Emilia location, in Gavassa, we are looking for a Warehouse Operator who wants to join our logistics team in Italy and make a concrete contribution to offering our customers excellent service.

Your Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be an integral part of the operational activities of our logistics center, contributing to the correct management of products and ensuring an efficient flow of goods throughout the entire logistics chain.

Your main activities include:

• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
• Order preparation through picking and packing activities
• Material handling using warehouse equipment
• Quality and correctness verification of managed products
• Maintaining high standards of safety, order, and cleanliness in the work area

Your Team

You will become part of the Kramp Italia Operations team, composed of professionals who collaborate daily to ensure reliable and timely service to customers.

The team consists of over 70 logistics colleagues, is coordinated by the Logistic Supervisor, and operates in a safe, modern, and structured operational environment.

Each team member makes a concrete contribution to achieving operational goals and customer satisfaction.

The focus is on the Italian market, within an international and constantly evolving context.

Who You Are?

For this role, we are looking for someone who possesses some fundamental characteristics:

• At least two years of warehouse experience, gained in modernly organized environments
• Experience using forklifts; a valid license is an essential requirement
• Availability for day shifts (06:00/14:00, 14:00/22:00) that rotate weekly
• Practical aptitude and orientation towards quality and precision
• Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment
• Proactive approach and orientation towards continuous improvement
• Flexibility and reliability in managing daily tasks
• Residence in the provinces of Reggio Emilia, Modena, Parma
