Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Candidates are sought to join our Group as Warehouse Operations Supervisor. What will you be responsible for? Attention and punctuality in deliveries have an immediate impact on customer experience. Therefore, our logistics and distribution team plays a central role in our strategy that puts the customer at the center, both in-store and online. As Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible, in particular, for: - Supporting the Site Manager and team in achieving the new site's logistical goals Bari Modugno - Guaranteeing and implementing industrial automation processes and logistics governance of facilities - Providing support to the operational and maintenance team to ensure activities are carried out on time - Planning daily activities at the site respecting operational needs - Verifying productivity of departments and KPI performance - Identifying and promoting opportunities for process improvement and efficiency increase within site activities - Guaranteeing high levels of performance, motivation, and commitment of resources - Verifying correct execution of inventory process, to monitor stock, shortages, and warehouse values What are we looking for in you? - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Economics or Master's in Supply Chain - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Supply Chain/Manufacturing sector - Solid experience in leadership and team management with direct responsibility over teams composed of more than 50 resources - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attitude to leadership and people management - Knowledge of technological and maintenance processes for industrial automation facilities - Knowledge of continuous improvement It could be the beginning of your adventure with us!
