Job Description (Position Summary – main purpose) We are looking for a person with experience in ecommerce and warehousing, This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys balancing strategic management with daily operational execution and able to see the big picture to identify strategic opportunities in fulfillment and warehouse consolidation Key Responsibilities (main Objectives) Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from sourcing and procurement to inventory management and logistics coordination. Ensure efficient use of resources, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies for warehouse optimization, process improvements, and cost reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements (essential skills) Strong understanding of ecommerce and warehousing principles. Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies are an asset.
