Warehouse Manager

RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our client in the Food Manufacturing & Transport industry team. As such, our Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse operation, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all aspects of warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for leading, training and developing a team of associates to become a driving force for the success of the warehouse. This includes but is not limited to: managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers, implementing process improvements, and maintaining a safe working environment. Additionally, the Warehouse Manager will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production teams, quality control, and customer service departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry, and possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
