Warehouse Manager

Description RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our client's team in New Germany, KZN, South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse by optimizing processes and implementing effective inventory management systems. Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Manage and train a team of warehouse staff, including supervising and coordinating their work. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including logistics, procurement, and customer service teams. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and customer satisfaction. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Develop and manage budgets for warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment. Ensure the warehouse is a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing safety and health procedures. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
