Its Mexican subsidiary, ifm efector S. de R.L. de C.V., operates from San Pedro Garza García, N.L ifm, a global leader in industrial automation, is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and develop the Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams , ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-performance end-to-end operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-performance end-to-end operations. Develop and implement strategies for warehouse management, logistics, and purchasing to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business results. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to optimize supply chain operations. Provide leadership and guidance to the Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to stakeholders. Manage and resolve conflicts, issues, or concerns in a fair, transparent, and professional manner. Develop and implement process improvements, best practices, and standard operating procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Ensure the Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and technology to perform their duties effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, procurement, and logistics teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration. Provide input on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage and resolve issues related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain disruptions. Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Provide leadership and guidance to team members on matters related to employee engagement, development, and retention. Ensure the Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams are equipped with the necessary resources, tools, and technology to perform their duties effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and logistics providers, to ensure alignment and collaboration. Provide input on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams.
