About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse operations. From people leadership to inventory accuracy and freight flow, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions have a direct impact on performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve KPIs
- Oversee all inbound/outbound freight and stock control
- Ensure health & safety standards are championed and met
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Manage budgets, reporting, and performance measures
- Build strong relationships with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proven warehouse or logistics leadership experience, ideally 5+ years
- Strong understanding of warehouse systems and inventory processes
- Confident people leader with excellent communication skills
- Current forklift license (preferred, not essential)
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to health & safety
- Salary between $80,000 - $90,000 + benefits
