Warehouse Manager _ Craiova

Fildas & Catena Grup is expanding its logistics team in Craiova!

We are looking for a passionate Warehouse Manager who has experience in managing warehouse activities and operations. If you have solid knowledge of procedures, can optimize storage and flow, collaborate with teams, manage multiple tasks, think analytically, and have a positive attitude, we would like to meet you!

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate receipt, storage, maintenance, verification, preparation, and shipping of products;

- Implement and monitor measures to optimize warehouse operations;

- Verify organization of personnel and respect for internal procedures;

- Supervise collection, verification, and preparation of orders to meet delivery deadlines;

- Ensure compliance with legal and technical storage, handling, and transportation conditions;

- Manage and resolve complaints and non-conformities that arise;

- Support the development and continuous training of subordinates (instructions, evaluations, training);

- Collaborate directly with connected departments (procurement, sales, transport, etc.);

- Represent the company in front of authorities and institutions regarding warehouse operations;

- Prepare and submit periodic reports and ad-hoc requests.
