Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Manager to lead operations at the Mt Wellington site. This role offers clear progression into a future Site Manager position for the right individual, with the responsibility to manage both warehouse operations and the wider site.

The Role

You’ll oversee a 3PL site specialising in flammable food products, managing a team of 12 direct reports including 4 supervisors. This is a high-volume environment, handling up to 25,000 pallets, where success depends on your ability to maintain compliance, lead with authority, and deliver results with urgency.
This role is designed for someone who takes ownership of both the people and the performance of the site. You’ll be expected to set standards, drive accountability, and ensure compliance is executed at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 12 (including 4 supervisors).
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations and site functions.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant movement of stock across all shifts.
• Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and high performance.
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and dangerous goods (DG) standards.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, taking direction and executing reliably.
• Oversee pallet capacity management of up to 25,000 units.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in 3PL warehouse management (food or DG environments highly regarded).
• Strong leadership and people management skills – confident in directing teams and driving results.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes under pressure and to deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of compliance requirements with the ability to enforce them consistently.
• Dangerous Goods experience preferred but not essential – full internal and external training provided
