Warehouse Management Specialist (J51922)

OBJECTIVE: Control, direct, organize and manage the warehouse process, ensuring the standards, policies and procedures established to achieve customer satisfaction and the needs of the department. Responsibilities： I. Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end storage management for factory raw materials, finished products, spare parts, and consumables. Establish standardized workflows for receiving, warehousing, storage, sorting, outbound operations, and inventory checks. Optimize warehouse space utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels and timely replenishment. II. Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing overstocking or understocking. III. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure seamless delivery of goods and materials. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency. IV. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and supply chain metrics to inform business decisions. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction. V. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards related to warehousing and logistics. Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. VI. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. VII. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including warehouse staff, management, and other departments. Provide timely updates on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and any issues that may impact operations. VIII. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to inventory discrepancies, supply chain disruptions, or equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner.
