Job description
At The Fresh Factory , every ingredient and product has a story – and we need a detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to ensure they are stored, handled, and dispatched with care. This role is key to keeping our café and retail operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do: Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely replenishment Ensure proper storage and handling of products Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics Identify opportunities for process improvements Implement changes to optimize warehouse efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar role or in logistics, supply chain management, or operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg) and stand for long periods Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborate with a talented team of professionals Work-life balance and flexible scheduling
