Warehouse Coordinator

Coordinate and supervise storage, distribution, and material control processes, maintaining necessary inventory levels and ensuring efficient service to the organization according to production plans.

Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the registration and control of metrics in areas of receipt, supply, packaging, and invoicing. • Receive and supervise the entry and exit of materials, equipment, and finished products with purchases
• Keep track of cutting and preparation of materials for subsequent distribution
• Ensure the entry of raw material documentation received and finished product into SAP system
• Maintain updated records in SAP systems
• Store and preserve products according to production plan requirements
• Ensure timely, quality, and quantity supply of raw materials to cells according to ISO 9001 and ISO18000 procedures and production plans
• Supervise the identification, classification, and organization of finished products for packaging and preparation of shipments directed to customers according to requested remittances.
• Measure, control, and ensure process variables
• Request a contingency plan and improvement when there is any variation
• Daily report on inventory indicator cycle to ensure efficiency
• Supervise established inventory levels
• Apply continuous improvement indicators in necessary processes within the warehouse area according to detected needs
• Ensure compliance with required KPIs within the area according to policies and procedures.
• Request release of finished products and raw materials to quality area
• Authorize vacations, rest days, or permits for personnel in the area.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the plant in general and at your workplace, following 5's guidelines.
• Perform all activities according to established quality guidelines
• Knowledge of applicable organization standards referring to current management system
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies
• Comply with norms, regulations, and company ethics code
• Other activities required related to your position.
