Warehouse Coordinator

Function What will you do as a warehouse coordinator in the Ardooie region? You lead a team of team leads and employees (directly and indirectly ±60 colleagues) You ensure that goods flows – inbound, outbound, expedite and internal transport – run smoothly You tackle bottlenecks immediately and adjust where necessary and translate goals into clear actions on the shop floor You create structure in an environment that is constantly in motion (seasonal fluctuations, new products, changing volumes...) You optimize processes and improve efficiency by analyzing data and making informed decisions You maintain a high level of service quality and ensure that all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently You are responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of your team members and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to perform their tasks effectively You are also responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, stock movements and other relevant data You work closely with other departments such as logistics, procurement and sales to ensure a smooth flow of goods and services You are flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to build strong relationships with your team members and stakeholders
