Warehouse Coordinator (Afternoon Shift)

Fortune Global 500 company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our afternoon operations, you will play a critical role in managing various tasks associated with afternoon operations. This position supports multiple in-building functions, including Dispatch, Delivery Change Request, COD, and internal deliveries. Your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient and timely completion of afternoon operations. • Managing and maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. • Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process excellence. • Working closely with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement process improvements. • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures. • Performing other duties as assigned.
