Warehouse Controller

RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Warehouse Controller to join their team in Parklands, Cape Town.
The role involves managing inbound and outbound warehouse activities and ensuring accurate stock control through effective use of Warehouse Management and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize warehouse capacity and space utilization.

• Manage inbound and outbound processes including purchase orders, batch creation, and documentation.

• Maintain stock replenishment, perform ABC analysis, and improve pick sequencing.

• Supervise quality control of stock rework and assist with invoicing and ERP adjustments.

• Conduct cyclical stock takes and ensure inventory reconciliation and reporting.

• Investigate and resolve customer supply queries using relevant systems.

• Oversee cold chain stock reconciliation and coordination with third-party logistics providers.

• Manage stock disposal processes for damaged, expired, or condemned goods in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a distribution centre environment.

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office; SAP or ERP experience advantageous.
