Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Freezer Associate you will play a key role in contributing to the continued success of Silver Hills Bakery whose mission is to inspire individuals to live a healthy lifestyle. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic production work environment and will have the opportunity to learn new skills and work in a team setting. In this role, you are responsible for completing the duties listed below as well as other duties as assigned by your manager or their designate. Follow all safety and quality control procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. This includes but is not limited to: • Receiving and storing products in a timely and efficient manner. • Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts as required. • Assisting in the preparation of products for shipment and ensuring all products are properly packaged and labeled. • Participating in quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards. • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the freezer and warehouse areas. • Assisting in the maintenance of equipment and machinery. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and efficiency. • Other duties as assigned by your manager or their designate.
