Warehouse Associate Edmonton, AB Our client is a regional provider of automotive products and services. They are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Edmonton. We specialize in vehicle repair, maintenance, and parts distribution, providing high-quality products and services to our valued customers throughout the metropolitan area. Job Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our parts distribution operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of products • Pick and pack orders for customers, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and quality standards • Assist in the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and machinery • Participate in inventory management and control, ensuring accurate counts and minimizing losses • Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction • Perform other duties as assigned by management • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Certification in forklift operation an asset • Benefits: Our client offers a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a positive and supportive work environment.
